ELIGIBILITY

Open to residents of Alberta from August 1, 2010 until August 31, 2010.

To be eligible to win this prize, you must become a Fan of CalgaryPlayGroups on Facebook and post "I want to win a Rody!" on our wall. One person will be selected at random to win this prize. 

All members must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

RULES & REGULATIONS

• CalgaryPlayGroups (CalgaryPlayGroups hereinafter collectively referred to as “CPG”)

CPG is not responsible for errors of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction of rewards system. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, CPG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delays, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software. Prize(s) will be awarded to the owner of the email account.

HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED

Every month the member with the highest reward points (from referals) awarded in that month will be considered the winner. One winner will be contacted by email after each monthly draw.

Winner must respond to notifying email within two days or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Winner must also provide mailing address, at the time of notification of winnings, for gift to be delivered via mail. CPG may, at its discretion, request to have the winner pick up the prize within 10 business days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.

If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible or he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential Winner will be disqualified and another entrant may, at CPG’s sole discretion be drawn as a Winner, as applicable, time permitting.

Odds of winning depend on number of referrals members submit each calendar month. Many will qualify, only one will win each calendar month.

RELEASES

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of CPG which shall be final in all respects.

By participating in this contest and accepting any prize(s) that they may win, entrants agree to release CPG, it’s Sponsor/Advertisers, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives an d employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize(s).

Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, likeness, biographical data, city of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, or on a winner’s list posted on CalgaryPlayGroups.com, if applicable, without further compensation. CPG is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at CPG’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

MISCELLANEOUS WINNERS’ LIST

CPG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
